Coating metal with plastic is an electrostatic painting with powder, that is covering the surface of metal with plastic. It is a complex process witch requires chemical preparation for the treatment of parts.

The equipment for coating metals with plastic is based on a modern technology and it is completely automated with computerized equipments.

Coating with plastic the aluminum consists of a mechanic cleaning of a metal piece, then grease is removed from it and the aluminum is damaged under pressure of 2,5 bar. After that the piece is rinsed in clean water so that is could be treated with chromium, then it is rinsed again in clean water. The piece is then dried in a drying room at 50 to 80ºC. Only then comes the electrostatic painting with powder with the thickness of 50 to 90 microns. After finishing this process, the process of polymerization takes place in special furnaces at 200ºC. The process of coating metal with plastic is now finished and the products are packed into foils or carton boxes depending on the products.
